Shipping

All regular parcels will be delivered via the postal service. The postman will take your order to your door. In case of your absence, you will receive a written notice in the letterbox with which you can obtain your parcel at the post office.

DELIVERY
Usually parcels are delivered within 7 days. If the order was paid for online, the delivery can take place on the following day. We recommend to contact us if your parcel has not arrived after 14 days. A parcel can always be lost or forgotten about at the Post. If you contact us, we will strive to track down your order.

Belgium: 4,50 euro
Europe: 7,04 euro
Rest of the world: 12,25 euro

Returns and refund

The customer has the right to inform us within 7 days after delivery that (s)he refrains from buying. No reason will be asked and there will be no extra costs.

Gecko Pharma Belgium allows a delivery to be returned within 7 days after delivery. Send an email to info@geckopharma.com before doing so. After we have received and accepted your request, we will confirm that the order can be returned and will be refunded. Please, do not return anything without this confirmation of Gecko Pharma Belgium. We do not accept postage paid by addressee.
Important: returning an order suggests a mistake on our account. If you could indicate the reason for the return, we could improve our products and service.
